We are excited to be welcoming guests once again to the Resort. With the ever changing COVID-19 restrictions Barwon Heads Resort are taking every step we can to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our town, our guests, and our colleagues. As we continue to remain vigilant, Barwon Heads Resort are implementing processes to help stop the spread of the novel COVID-19.


Please ensure you check into reception prior to entering the resort. All guests and patrons need to provide names, contact numbers and drivers licenses.

Guest contact areas are sanitised after each interaction (eg reception and hand rails) and social distancing are advised. A automated hand sanitiser station is located at reception, guests need to sanitise every entry back into the resort.


To ensure the least amount of contact with staff please ensure keys are placed in the drop box for sanitising at reception. Remove all rubbish from the rooms and place the dishes into the dishwasher. Please also open the windows to allow airflow into the rooms.

Cancellation Policy

Direct bookings to Barwon Heads Resort

If travel is restricted due to COVID-19 enforcements, a full refund will be provided on cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date.

Third party individual bookings.

For individual bookings made by a travel agent or an online booking platform, guests will need to contact their agent/booking site and refer to their terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellation fees.
